KAIROVA is a private physician-led medical House, opening in Naples, serving a limited number of Members. We care for adults whose depression, anxiety, cognitive fatigue, or chronic pain has not responded to the medicine they have been offered.
The patients who find their way to me have not failed treatment. Treatment has failed them. My work is to find what responds — and to apply it with precision.
You have seen good physicians. You have taken the medications that were offered — perhaps two, perhaps five. You have sat with a therapist and done the work. Some of it helped. None of it returned the person you were.
What you are experiencing is not a character failing. It is not age. It is not something to be endured quietly because "people your age get on with it." It is a neurological condition with a neurological explanation — and, increasingly, a neurological approach the conventional system has not yet learned to offer.
KAIROVA exists because one physician grew tired of watching intelligent, accomplished patients exhaust the available options — and leave still unwell. We built a place where what actually works is applied with care.
Nearly one in three adults with depression does not respond fully to standard treatment. The answer is not another SSRI.
Years of untreated cognitive symptoms compound. Intervention at sixty is far more effective than intervention at seventy.
A growing peer-reviewed literature now describes approaches simply not available a decade ago — approaches worth considering seriously.
A session here, a supplement there, an IV lounge elsewhere. Real recovery requires an integrated system — applied by a single physician with a clear view.
We do not manage your symptoms. Our integrated House protocol is designed to create the conditions under which the brain becomes capable of genuine change — and we step through that window with you, carefully, on a schedule that respects your life.
Every protocol is designed personally by Dr. Artamonov. Every session is supervised. There are no nurse-only sessions, no templates, no delegated care. This is how medicine was once practiced. It is how we practice still.
The session alone is only one component. Recovery lives in the hours and days that follow — and in the integration, the nutrition, the precision infusions, and the direct physician access that we build around every Member.
KAIROVA accepts a limited number of Members at any time. This is not a marketing device. It is the only way to practice the medicine we practice at the standard we hold ourselves to.
These are the standards Kairova holds itself to. They are not marketing language. They are how we practice — and how we may be held accountable.
Every Member of the House is known personally by Dr. Artamonov — by name, history, and disposition.
No protocol is ever delegated to a nurse practitioner. No session is ever nurse-only. The physician is present, by design, throughout.
We accept no insurance and make no clinical decision under its influence. This preserves the integrity of the care we offer.
We do not sell, lease, or share Member information. Your story, your history, your care — these remain within the House.
We publish our outcomes once a year — honestly, including where we fell short. We believe medicine should be accountable to its results.
A Member may leave the House at any time, without explanation or retention effort. Your care belongs to you.
The House protocol is not any single intervention. It is the arrangement — the sequence, the timing, the physician-directed integration — of multiple coordinated components working in concert.
The specifics of the combination are protected intellectual property of the House and are disclosed to Members only after formal admission. The architecture, described below, gives you a sense of what is offered.
Conducted in a private suite. Physician-led from arrival to departure. The session creates a temporary state of heightened neurological receptivity during which structured therapeutic work becomes possible in a way it otherwise is not. You remain fully conscious throughout. You drive yourself home.
The work that follows the session is where lasting change is written. Integration is conducted in the hours and days immediately following your session — timed to the period of peak neurological receptivity. Physician-coordinated, with our in-House team or in partnership with your existing therapist.
Not vitamin drips. Five distinct protocols — priming mitochondrial function before sessions, supporting cellular repair, and maintaining neurological optimization between visits. Administered by a clinician, sequenced by design, dosed by Dr. Artamonov.
Pre- and post-session nutrition is calibrated to the metabolic and neurochemical demands of the protocol. Our Naples House is developed in partnership with Southwest Florida's premier organic farm. Food as part of the protocol — not a side offering.
A structured support system extending your protocol into your life — direct physician access, guided home support, supplement architecture, and coordination with your existing care team. The recovery arc is maintained in the weeks between visits, not only during them.
The full clinical detail of the House protocol — the agents, the dosing, the proprietary timing, the refinements developed over three decades of Dr. Artamonov's practice — is discussed in detail only with Candidates who have entered formal consultation. This is deliberate. The protocol is the House's medicine. It is disclosed to the Members who receive it.
Three documents to accompany your consideration of the House. Each may be read privately, without obligation.

I had been on four antidepressants over eleven years. Each one helped for a time and then stopped. I came because my sister asked me to try one more thing. By the third session something I had stopped noticing because it was always there — a weight in my chest — had simply lifted. It has been six months. It has not come back.
I run a business I built over thirty years. Last spring I was making decisions I could not remember making the next day. I told Dr. Artamonov I felt as though I were watching my own company from behind a pane of glass. The protocol he designed for me was the most precise medical care I have ever received. I am sharper at sixty-one than I was at fifty-five.
My husband passed two years ago. I did the grief work — I am not afraid of hard things. But somewhere in the second year a dullness arrived that would not leave. My internist offered a pill I declined. A dear friend, a retired neurologist, sent me here. I have my mornings back. I did not know how much I had missed them.
Fibromyalgia for six years. Lyrica, Cymbalta, tramadol, and a pain clinic that kept adding medications without removing any. Dr. Artamonov was the first physician who explained my condition to me in a way that respected my intelligence. After eight sessions I am off tramadol entirely. I wake and I am not thinking about pain before I open my eyes.
Accounts are from Members who have completed a structured protocol and have granted written permission for their story to be shared. Individual outcomes vary. KAIROVA does not offer compensation for testimonials, and no Member is asked to share their experience as a condition of care.
Dr. Artamonov trained at Harvard Medical School, where he completed a fellowship in pain medicine, and in residency at Temple University Hospital and Hannover Medical University in Germany. He holds medical and doctoral degrees from the Sechenov Medical Academy in Moscow — one of Europe's oldest medical institutions.
He is board-certified in pain medicine and integrative medicine, holds staff privileges at Lehigh Valley Health Network, and serves as editor of the first international textbook on intraosseous therapy, forthcoming from Springer. His published research in consciousness medicine and clinical biometeorology reflects three decades of work at the intersection of pain, brain health, and advanced neurology.
He will be the physician you see. Personally. From first Introduction through the full duration of your care.
Every membership includes a personal protocol designed and maintained by Dr. Artamonov. Any Member may leave the House at any time, with thirty days' notice.
A complimentary twenty-minute conversation with Dr. Artamonov — by telephone or video, at a time that suits you. He will listen to your history and tell you honestly whether KAIROVA is the right next step. There is no sales call. There is no pressure. There is only a physician, paying attention.
By appointment only. Application required. We keep our Member list small so care remains personal.
If you have read this far, the conversation is worth having. Twenty minutes. A physician's attention. No cost, no sales call, and no pressure — only a careful, honest assessment of whether we can help you.
